In Poland we cartop Goat Island Skiff and don't care
I really have nothing to add to this wonderful example of gumption. Go Goat, Go!
Im happy that you like it. GIS is quite light boat so it is possible to cartop it on almost any car, but it should be check if it is ok whit law.
